Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Tabs, a mobile marketplace and vendor discovery platform operated by Armor Built Tech LLC (“Tabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Tabs, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here.

Tabs services

Tabs provides technology that helps customers discover participating vendors and allows eligible vendors to create business profiles, publish locations and offerings, grow followers, and, where approved, receive marketplace orders through the platform.

Vendor plans

Listing Vendors may use supported listing, profile, follower, QR-code, and location features without processing marketplace orders. Eligible first-time Listing Vendor accounts may receive a 60-day free trial, after which the subscription renews at $29.99 USD per month until canceled. Promotional trial eligibility is determined by Tabs and is generally limited to one trial per vendor account or business profile.

Marketplace Vendors may be subject to verification, compliance review, payment onboarding, taxes, platform fees, and additional vendor terms before selling through Tabs. Current marketplace platform pricing may include a 15% platform commission on the food subtotal, as disclosed during vendor onboarding or in the applicable vendor agreement.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting access to your account. You may not create, transfer, manipulate, or modify accounts to obtain repeated promotional benefits, evade restrictions, misrepresent a business, or interfere with Tabs.

Orders and vendor responsibility

Participating vendors are responsible for the accuracy, preparation, quality, availability, and lawful sale of their products and for maintaining required permits, licenses, and food-safety compliance. Tabs provides the marketplace technology and payment workflow but does not prepare the food sold by independent vendors.

Pricing, taxes, and payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, fees, and totals are displayed before payment when required. Payments may be processed by Stripe or other authorized payment providers. Vendors may be required to complete identity, business, tax, or payout verification.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Recurring Listing Vendor subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A vendor may cancel at any time. Details regarding trial access, renewal timing, cancellation, refunds, and continued access are provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tabs for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity; interfere with the service; attempt to bypass security or payment controls; or use the platform to sell prohibited goods or services.

Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, legal requirements, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tabs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Armor Built Tech LLC is not responsible for losses caused by matters outside its reasonable control or for the independent acts or omissions of vendors. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
